About Me

In 2005 I stepped away from a successful corporate career and created a new business Whole Kids with my wife Monica. My business is founded on the principle of profit with a purpose, and we're Australia's first food company to be certified a B Corporation.

My blog is about my journey and experiences in establishing and growing a business, but also creating a different kind of business based on a humanistic and values-driven approach.

I believe that business is ideally placed to actively solve many social and environmental problems and, in turn, redefine the concept of what a business is.

Summary

We need more businesses to help solve, rather than worsen, the major challenges we face around the world. Purpose-driven companies are ideally placed to contribute to positive environmental and social impact because of their commitment to a higher purpose beyond simply maximising profit.
